You will be tested weekly and the sum of your scores will determine if you have met GNR’s expectations and have qualified for full sponsorship for the NCLEX and other requirements for US immigration. These weekly tests are mandatory and failure to take any of them will automatically disqualify you for the GNR full sponsorship program. In addition, you will be sent an NCLEX Review book, and be given access to other NCLEX RESOURCES for your studies.
- Step 4. Credential Evaluation and NCLEX-RN Review
- Step 4A:
3 Months NCLEX-RN review course with NCLEX ACADEMY.
After you have passed the prequalifying examinations, you will receive an email confirming that you have qualified for full GNR sponsorship for the NCLEX and other recruitment requirements to the United States. This sponsorship may be terminated if you fail to continue to perform up to GNR’s expectation. For the next three (3) you will attend weekly live classes with NCLEX ACADEMY and all of your assessments will be done on the NCLEX ACADEMY website. Attendance to classes will be monitored closely. You will be guided and tutored by experienced instructors and you will continue to be assessed weekly or as deemed necessary by the instructor.

In step 4B, we start the credentials evaluation process. GNR will pay for your transcript to be evaluated by one of the leading credential evaluation companies in the US. You will receive a tutorial on how to complete the application form. When your transcript evaluation is complete, GNR will register you to take the NCLEX-RN. You will choose the most convenient date for you want to take the NCLEX. However, GNR will review your scores in our internal examinations and make recommendations as to when you should take the NCLEX.
- Step 4A:
- Step 5. Pass NCLEX, Complete the English proficiency test, and visa screening.
After passing the NCLEX-RN, you will receive your US RN license within a week or two. The next step will be the English proficiency test, if you have not yet taken it, and then visa screening. GNR will guide you through these steps.
- Step 6. US Immigration Process
To start the immigration process, we need your NCLEX passed result, A satisfactory English proficiency test result, and a Visa screen. GNR is responsible for paying for the visa fee of the employee but not for family members. All travel documents (passports) of travelers must have a validity of not less than one (1) year at the start of the visa application process.
If you self-sponsor any of the steps of the recruitment process, you will get a refund upon arrival in the United States for those expenses with valid receipts.
NOTE: As part of the requirements for the US work visa application, you are to take and obtain a satisfactory result in the English proficiency test, as well as obtain a visa screen certificate. English proficiency test may still be required even if you were born in an English-speaking country. A few exemptions include people born in the English-speaking parts of Canada, The UK, Ireland, Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, etc.
If you fail to qualify, you will be given a second chance after one month of self-study. If you would like to self-finance through the process, you do not need to take the prequalifying examinations.
