There are six (6) steps involved in our program. The paragraphs below contain the details about these steps. When you finish reading through the five steps and feel more excited about getting your recruitment process started with Global Nursing Recruiters, then wait no longer. Our basic requirements for enrolment are:
- You must be a registered nurse with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- You must have at least two (2) years of postgraduate work experience in either one or more of the following units; ER, MED-SURG, ICU, OR.
- You must be currently employed in one of the units listed above.

- Step 1. Complete the application form on this website
- Step 2. Phone Interview
In step 2, we will conduct a phone interview with you to learn more about your work experience as a registered nurse and your interest in working in the US. During the interview, you will also be given more details about what GNR will be doing to help you achieve your American Dream.
- Step 3. GNR Entry Exam
After your interview, you will be sent an NCLEX-RN review book and you will be given 12 weeks (3 months) to study for the Global Nursing Recruiters (GNR) Entry or Qualification Exam. You have to take this exam anytime during the 12-week period or by the end of it. After passing the Entry Exam, you will receive a welcome letter with details about the next steps.
- Step 4. Registration and Job Offer
When you pass the Entry Exam, you will receive an email notifying you that you have been accepted to the GNR recruitment program. Your acceptance letter will include information on how to pay the registration fee. The registration fee is a commitment fee is a commitment fee and it is refundable when you arrive in the United States through GNR. Registration fee payment can be made one-time or in two equal payments of five hundred ($500.00) US dollars. The first payment of $500.00 is due after you pass our Entry Exam. The second payment is due 3-4 months following the first payment When your first payment is received, you will be sent a GNR employment contract to be signed. When you pass the US RN licensure exam (NCLEX-RN), the signed job contract will be used as part of the documents needed to apply for a US work visa for you to migrate to the United States.
The Registration fee is used to pay for the following:
- Cost of your nursing school transcript evaluation by CGFNS in the US
- Your US Registered Nurse license
- Registration fee to take NCLEX-RN
- Cost of processing your fingerprints
- Administrative processes
- Step 5. Credential Evaluation and NCLEX-RN Review
- Step 5A:
In step 5A, we start the credentials evaluation process. GNR will pay for your transcript to be evaluated by the leading credentials evaluation company (CGFNS) in the US. When your transcript evaluation is complete. GNR will register you for the NCLEX-RN. You will choose a date you want to take the NCLEX within the six (6) months window given.
- Step 5B:
Beginning of the NCLEX-RN review course with GNR.
As you move to step 5 of the recruitment process, GNR will provide you with the links to some of the best resources for NCLEX review. You will be guided and tutored by GNR instructors as you continue to study for the NCLEX-RN. You will take periodic NCLEX type examinations to monitor your progress.

- Step 6. Pass NCLEX and Immigration Process
When you pass the NCLEX-RN, your resume will be updated with your new US Registered Nurse license, and we will start the US work visa application process.
